Dear Mr. Shaffer,
As you know, I was a resident of Avery Manor for seven months. There are a few points regarding my residency there that I would like to address as a result of this letter to you.
My first thought is your nursing staff. I found the are I received there to be exemplary. The nursing staff was friendly and considerate with all my needs, and I believe I was well cared for. In particular, I would like to mention the housekeeping staff, which always made sure the residents' rooms were immaculate. At mealtime, I was always pleased with the selection of food offered and the service, considering the size of the resident population.
The second point I would like to mention is the rehabilitation staff, which clearly went above and beyond the call of duty. The planned activities were varied and interesting. The whole rehabilitation staff, especially Lauren, seemed especially dedicated to their profession.
On a personal note, I believe your leadership is second to none. You always put the residents' concerns first. I am grateful for the friendship we developed as a result of my stay there, and i believe it is the friendships I made with you and the residents that will always be meaningful and remembered.
In closing, I would like to wish you the best of everything, and I know your fine work will continue.
Best wishes,
Phillip, Resident of Avery Manor
A Thankful Daughter
Dear Ms. Conley,
I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the residential and medical care provided to my mother during her stay at Avery Manor. From the time she was greeted at the front door to the time of her passing, the courtesy, professionalism and compassion of the Avery personnel towards her was exemplary.
Every employee of your facility that I had contact with personified excellence in patient care and are true goodwill ambassadors of Avery Manor. Please convey to the doctors, nurses, physical therapists and support staff my utmost gratitude.
