About Avery Manor
Avery Manor is a 142-bed, Joint Commission-accredited skilled nursing facility that specializes in providing short-term rehabilitation, including a specialized orthopedic program located on a beautiful senior care campus. Our mission is to promote healing, provide hope, preserve dignity and produce value for each person we serve. It is our dedication to quality that makes the difference in the lives of our residents. Our approach to delivering care is to listen and assess each individual's unique needs to customize the experience.
We offer spacious private and semi-private rooms on a variety of specialty units, including:

The site on which Avery Manor is located was formerly the Carters Outlet-Children's clothing plant. It has since been restored to a well-designed facility and is adjacent to Avery Crossings Assisted Living. You will be welcomed by our friendly staff as you enter our elegant lobby with marble floors and baby grand piano.
