Our Center

Avery Manor is a 142-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center conveniently located in the historic Carter's clothing factory in Needham Center. We are a short walk from shops and restaurants, close to all major highways and are accessible by commuter rail. Our center offers a 71-bed short-term rehabilitation unit, a 41-bed long-term care unit, and a 30-bed secured Dementia unit. We also have an outdoor patio and other visiting spaces for you and your family’s use.
